Dear Parents,
Welcome back for another great school year!!!! I am so excited to be returning as an assistant principal at Hedrick. We have had so many exciting things happen this school year already. Wrangler Ropes was an absolute success, and we had such a good time getting to know the kids better. We also were able to develop a sense of pride amongst our students, and that was absolutely fantastic. Now we are back to business as usual, and the kids are working so hard.
For those of you who don't know me, I have been at Hedrick as an assistant principal for the past 8 years. I am entering my 20th year in education. (That absolutely does not seem possibly, but time flies!!!!!) I am married to David Hilliard. He is currently the Head Women's Soccer Coach at The Colonly H.S. We have one daughter, Caroline, who is 6 and in the first grade. She keeps us busy with her soccer and all of her other activities. I can totally sympathize with the hectic schedules many of you and your children deal with on a day to day basis.......especially with homework!!!!!
